- Mouse doesn't work after clicking the right mouse button to access a menu
- Solution: After
making your selection from the menu, right click the right mouse button a
second time; the mouse should return to normal function.
- When opening an *.LCC file, BridgeLCC gives a slew of error messages.
- Solution: Be sure you are not using BridgeLCC 2.0 to open a BridgeLCC 1.0 file; this file
importing is not available.
- Double-clicking an *.LCC file on the desktop does not start up BridgeLCC and open the file.
- Solution: If you have just installed BridgeLCC 2.0, you must first reboot the computer
for the file associations to take effect.
- Nothing happens after pressing the Preview button in the Reports window
- Solution: make sure you have at least one printer installed in Windows, and that one is
selected as the default printer.
